Our Story
Our little oasis in the city first opened its doors in the Fall of 2020 - during the height of the Covid pandemic when tending to our mental, physical and spiritual well-being was more important than ever. What began as a healing space for self-care in our private infrared sauna suites grew into a multi-discipline clinic with the best healers in the city. We aim to provide high-quality experiences for every client that walks through our door and hope to see them leave feeling healthier, happier, and lighter.
