At Lite Mind Body our number one priority is to keep you safe and healthy. In order to continue to do this, we have implemented protocols based on the recommendations made by Public Health Ontario (PHO). If you have any questions regarding our safety protocol please do not hesitate to contact us.

  1. We are by appointment only

  2. Our appointments are staggered so there should not be any person arriving at the same time as your scheduled booking

  3. All clients are required to arrive wearing a mask or face covering, you will be able to remove your mask during your treatment in order to allow for proper breathing

  4. Every person entering must complete a waiver

  5. Brand new state of the art HVAC system installed October 2020

  6. True HEPPA Air Filters in each treatment room

  7. We use OXIVIR® TB that protects our surfaces from germs, bacteria & viruses, specifically Kills SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19 virus) in 1 minute
