Cabbagetown & Harbord Village Festivals

This weekend, Lite Mind Body Clinic got out into the community, spreading the word about their wellness sanctuary and offering healing treatments to local Torontonians! On Saturday the team joined in on the festivities at the Cabbagetown Festival, selling products and offering attendees free Bioenergetic Therapy assessments and astrological readings as well as tuina massages for $20. It was exciting to get to engage with the community in the east end, booking locals in for treatments as well as offering some on-site healing so that attendees could leave the festival feeling lighter and pain-free! It was amazing to see the community out in full force again for the first time since the pandemic.

On Sunday afternoon, Lite Mind Body joined the Harbord Village Festival in Margaret Fairley Park offering attendees information on the clinic as well as 15-minute abhyanga and tuina massages. It was an amazing turn out with many booking a future treatment at the clinic’s Harbord location to support their self-care and wellness. It was amazing getting the opportunity to offer healing services and knowledge to those in the neighbourhood who were so happy to learn that a wellness sanctuary had opened up in their area. It was an amazing weekend and the clinic can’t wait to continue getting out into the Toronto community to spread health and healing throughout the city!
