Jessica’s top priority is supporting you in reaching your goals, big and small! A mental health worker specializing in person-centred therapy, her approach is warm and non-judgmental. For nearly a decade, Jess lived in France, where she worked as a Teaching Assistant and Communications Manager, mentoring students in their career journeys and supporting them in navigating cultural and language barriers. Jess returned to Toronto in 2022 to pursue her master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

She works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and major life transitions. Her approach is warm, non-judgmental, and grounded in person-centred, anti-oppressive values—honouring each client’s lived experience. 

Jess is especially passionate about helping women manage premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and other mood-related challenges through a holistic, collaborative, and client-led approach.
