Join us for guided mindful meditation, visualization exercises, and intention setting, followed by time for personal reflection, journaling, and heartwarming sharing and connection with our community. This nurturing session will leave you feeling centered, inspired, and refreshed.

Mary Higgins
Mary is a mother, meditation teacher, nature lover, and women’s wellness advocate. Mary has been practicing meditation since 2010, a pivotal year in her life when she embarked on a journey of sobriety and mental health healing. As Mary navigated various life transitions, including becoming a mother and experiencing postpartum depression, she realized the profound healing impact of meditation, mindfulness, and community connection.
Today, Mary is passionate about sharing her experience with others and walking alongside women on their unique well-being journeys. Drawing from over a decade of practical experience combined with formal training in meditation and mindfulness, Mary leads group and 1:1 sessions designed to calm the mind, ease stress, restore peace and balance, and build community connection.

Following our calming practices, we'll have time for reflection, journaling, sharing, and connecting. Join us for a serene escape that will leave you feeling refreshed and re-energized.

HOW IT WORKS:
For this event, a ticket is $15+tax and is valid for one (1) mini-treatment. When selecting your ticket you will book for your preferred mini-treatment. All proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to the charity Paani Project, ensuring your contribution makes a meaningful impact.
Paani Project is a charity that helps bring clean water and resources to communities across Pakistan.
